Just been seeing allot of postings and have been seeing allot of things missing. Buyers look for a allot of things when searching for a home. Here is a short list of items...

1) Pictures!, it is very important to add plenty of pictures of the property. So more the better.
2) In the subject of your posting, add price of property, number of rooms and also city it is in. You may also put something like "Home for sale in Toronto". This will get more visitors from google to see your listing.
3) Explain the property for sale or property for rent with details of the features and renovations if done any.
4) Finally, use the Google Maps feature we have added to the forum, to show the location of the home.
Follow these steps and it will greatly increase your chances to sell the home.
